Extremely unpleasant. Shop staff were aggressive and
not at all helpful with my problem. Seemed more interested in denying accountability than helping me find a workable solution. Management creates a 'them and us' culture that assumes all customers are acting fraudulently and hence are particularly aggressive regarding potential privacy abuse issues. I will never go into this shop again and the experience has left a sour taste in my mouth when I think of Optus. Learn a bit about customer service rather than focusing on aggressive sales strategies. Very disappointing!
